Indra Bazaz Turnbull – Chief Visionary Officer

Indra began her career in London working in the media and technology industries. Upon moving to the US she joined Fuqua Industries, a publicly traded conglomerate. Indra was part of the senior leadership team, involved in both acquisitions and divestitures of portfolio companies. Leveraging her experience in the technology space, she later created a business model that aimed at revolutionizing the social printing industry by using adaptive technology. The business was ultimately sold to a major industry player. Indra then went on to develop a proprietary technology, ApplicantAnalytics™ that assesses and matches candidates to specific positions with nearly 100% success rate over the past 10 years. Indra is taking this experience to address workforce needs by bringing together hiring managers with professionals focused on speed of match and quality of candidates as competitive factors in business today.

 

Jonathan Amsler – Technology

A veteran with 20+ years of information technology experience, Jon has held numerous positions in management, operations and consulting. Prior to helping found Stony River Technologies, Jon was VP & GM at Qivliq Commercial Group, the second largest Apple Professional Services Provider organization in the U.S. Jon co-founded and was SVP of Product Development for a cutting edge source code inspection company. As CIO and global knowledge management leader for Egon Zehnder International, a global executive talent consultancy, Jon was responsible for global IT operations. His four years of international direction and leadership established an infrastructure that has allowed EZI to remain at the forefront of global executive search.

 

Jim Cichanski – Resource Services

Jim, is the founder, President and CEO of Flex HR, Inc., recognized by Inc. Magazine on multiple occasions as one of the "Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America.” He has 30+ years’ experience in human resources, holding senior level positions in companies that were privately held, pre-IPO, foreign owned, joint venture, Fortune 50 and one labeled the “fastest growing F1000 in America." His background in human resources includes organizational process evaluation and improvement, labor laws, integration of businesses, cost reduction, organizational development, and all functional areas of human resources. In 2008, Jim was recognized by the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce as The "Small Business Person of the Year" and recently Outsourcing Gazette Magazine listed Flex HR as “One of the Top 50 HROutsourcing Firm in America” . Catalyst Magazine recognized Flex HR as 1 of 18 Companies, CEO’s in Atlanta would like to own.

Grey served as President for 25+ years of the Solitaire Corporation, a business marketing and consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. His expertise is in developing new businesses and their markets. He has consulted several business start-ups to meet the outsourced needs of Fortune 500 clients such as Monsanto, Anheuser-Busch, Express Scripts, and Pepsi-Cola. He has provided marketing direction including corporate identity development, sales training, sales force development, business plan development, print advertising, direct mail, telemarketing, trade show planning, and ad specialties. He was the former founder and developer of Brooks Fiber Properties, a subsidiary of Brooks Telecommunications, which was later sold to Worldcom, resulting in a 200% return for its shareholders. Now, a partner in Durham Daniels Consultants, Grey continues to work with companies to meet their full market potential.

 

Peter Gabris – Software Development

Peter has over 20 years of experience in professional software architecture, design and development including the most recent architectural trends, methodologies and technologies. He has had an extensive career designing more than 20 global software development projects for businesses, government agencies, NGO’s, many proprietary, transformative, and used worldwide. Peter is also an author, lecturer, and book reviewer in the computer science industry and is bringing his expertise to WorkForceConnexion to turn his attention to transforming the technology used in the recruiting industry.

 

Charles Ganz – Legal

Charles Ganz, who is a member of the Business Practice Group of the law firm of Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, practices principally in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. His clients include manufacturing, service and technology companies. He has significant experience in complex stock and asset transactions, reorganizations, public offerings, private placements, contracts, and leveraged and management buyouts. He is a member of American, Georgia , New York and Atlanta Bar Associations. He has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer, and has been a recipient of recognition in the field of Corporate Law by The Best Lawyers in America.

 

Amanda Harris – Talent Acquisition

With over 15 years of marketing experience Amanda has produced and marketed high end financial conferences, securing high caliber key note speakers such as The Chairman of Securities and Exchange Commission, CEO of FSA and Head of London Stock Exchange. She later joined the marketing team at a holistic rehabilitation center as Marketing Manager and then moved into the public sector where she spent the next four years as the Economic Development Manager at Business Link Surrey. There she tendered for funding to create and roll out marketing, business development and website/ecommerce training for small businesses in the South East of England. Amanda then founded and managed a successful recruitment business in the financial and health sectors until moving to Georgia where she will combine her recruitment and marketing experience at WorkForceConnexion.

 

Steve Jeffery – Corporate Strategy

Steve is a veteran of the technology industry with 38 years of experience gained in Europe and North America. His career includes positions at global multinationals including Hewlett Packard and IBM. In 1994 Steve relocated from the Silicon Valley to Georgia where he built two start-up organizations, SQL Financials and Clarus Corporation taking each public in 1998 and 2001. Steve has held a variety of executive management positions in software and hardware companies, including CEO, Chairman, and General Manager as well as executive positions in Sales and Marketing. This wide range of experience has enabled him grow early stage companies to success. Steve has also been very successful in working with the Venture Capital and Public markets to raise equity. Steve’s experience includes driving strategic acquisitions and the successful divestiture of a number of business units. He is a former president of TAG, one of the nation’s largest statewide technology associations, and holds several Board positions

 

Eleanor Morgan – Industry Authority

Eleanor Morgan founded MD&E, Inc. as a solutions provider for companies with long-term project staffing needs. Using her business knowledge from executive positions with fortune 500 companies she defined a business that truly partnered with the customer to provide a solution to the growing needs in providing resources for business & technology projects. Eleanor and MD&E, Inc have been recognized and awarded The Client Advisor Award, Atlanta Women in Business, Women Entrepreneur awards and Inc. 5000 award. Eleanor‘s other entrepreneurial endeavors include Bella Eden Property Management, APW investment services and Ednah New Rider, LLC. She currently serves on the Atlanta Red Cross Board and Chair for the Atlanta Tiffany Circle Women’s Leadership Society.

 

Belinda Rosario – Finance

Belinda Rosario is an accomplished business professional with over 20 years of business experience. She has extensive experience in Accounting, Treasury management, Mergers and Acquisitions and Taxes. She is an active licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s. Her experience includes human resources management, manufacturing management as well as a strong accounting and finance background in the corporate world. During her career Mrs. Rosario has held positions of Controllership and Chief Financial Officer with responsibilities for US, Canada and Mexico. She was most recently Vice President of Finance for Kemira Chemicals Inc, where she was responsible for all finance activities for North and South America.

 

Anne Quiello – Member Advancement

Leveraging her education, global network, operations background and HR experience – many of them spent in a director role within an airline - Anne specializes in working with executives, leaders at all levels and professionals to coach them toward realizing their full potential, positioning themselves strategically as a client in the U.S. job market or building a successful business. She has 10+ years’ experience in coaching, consulting and training professionals from a broad range of industries. She holds accreditation from the International Coach Federation, is a Master Career Specialist through the National Career Development Association, and has a M.S. degree in Human Resources from the Robinson School of Business, Georgia State University.

Mitch is an experienced executive having successfully filled roles such as CEO/President, Professional Services Director, Private Equity Consultant and Technology Innovator.
